How long does setup take?
Most partners are live within 30 minutes. You upload your logo, set a primary colour, and we handle the rest. Custom domain pointing takes an additional 24-48 hours for DNS propagation.
Will my clients ever see the Dashsign name?
Never. Every signing page, email, and completion certificate displays your brand. Dashsign operates entirely in the background as invisible infrastructure.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom plans can include a custom CNAME (e.g. sign.yourfirm.com), full domain management assistance, and a dedicated onboarding call.
What happens to my clients' documents if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. You can export every document, audit trail, and signing certificate at any time. We provide a 90-day data retention window after cancellation.
Do you support SSO or SAML for enterprise teams?
SSO and SAML are available on Custom plans. We support Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace as identity providers. Contact us to discuss your setup.
